1. What This Website Is

This private reference site operates independently of every government office. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve a record for a visitor, perform an official check, or file documents.

Its role is to identify the Dade County Sheriff, Circuit Court, Missouri State Highway Patrol Central Repository, Missouri Sex Offender Registry, and other sources that hold relevant records. Some pages also connect visitors with outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use is conditioned on the following restrictions. You must not:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information obtained here or through a linked tool may not be used to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate against anyone. Such conduct may also be criminal. Missouri Chapter 589 places special weight on lawful use of Missouri Sex Offender Registry information. Registry data supports public-safety awareness and does not authorize vigilantism or unlawful discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer reports, credit reports, or official background checks. Our advertising partners do not provide those services through this site. Data found here or through a linked tool must not be used to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

Any check for an FCRA-regulated purpose must come from an appropriate FCRA-compliant provider and must follow all applicable law.

5. No Legal Advice

The content is not legal advice. General explanations of Dade County records cannot determine how a charge, conviction, warrant, or Missouri expungement rule applies to a specific person. Consult a licensed Missouri attorney for advice.

6. No Warranties

All content and services are supplied "as is." No guarantee is made that:

• The information here is accurate, complete, or current at any given time
• The site will stay up and running without interruptions
• Our pages are free of errors, bugs, or security holes
• Results from our partner search tools will be thorough or accurate
